We accept CorelDraw 12 and below, Illustrator CS 3
and below and EPS, vectored artwork
as well
as high resolution
600dpi JPG OR TIFF files in
black and white. Microsoft word
documents and
PowerPoint presentation
files are not graphic
programs and are not acceptable file formats.
If artwork requires modification, we will advise of
any costs before proceeding.
Paper Proof: One paper proof will be supplied upon
request only at NO CHARGE. Additional

Imprint Location: Imprint location on pens is specified
in the description If location is not
specified we
will use its discretion.

account number. If it is not specified, we
will use our preferred carrier. All shipments are FOB our
location including pick-up orders.
