Set up charges - There is no setup charge for repeat
orders of the same item, using identical
artwork.
Shipping - is not included, please provide your courier
account number for shipping charges of
your sample or completed order,
if courier information is not provided a valid Visa or MasterCard
must be given prior to shipping.
Terms - Net/30 oac. also we accept Visa, MasterCard.
Minimum quantities - Less than minimum charge is $50. Absolute
minimum is no less than half
of the 1st column and it is not
available on any sale or closeout discontinued items.
Cancellations - All costs incurred prior to order
cancellation will be charged.
Returns - A request for a return for credit on blank items
only, or refund must be in writing, you
have to state the specific reason
for the return and submit it within 30 calendar days of the
invoice. Factory must approve
all returns in writing, refusing, abandoning or sending back
a
shipment without factory approval
does not constitute an approval by factory. When approved,
returned products must be in
the same condition as when they left the factory and the
credit/refund will only be for
the quantity returned. Contact our customer service for a return
authorization number. All customized
products not applicable for returns
Guarantee - Defects in materials & workmanship
will be corrected without charge
Production - Please allow 5% minimum overruns and
underuns
Ordering - Customers may place orders by email sales@sterlingpromotions.ca
with artwork, to
avoid duplication, please use
one of these methods only. Verbal orders are not accepted. Order
acknowledgements will be emailed
upon request It is your responsibility to check for accuracy
and advise us of any omissions
or errors. For repeat orders please reference previous purchase
order number, invoice number
or job number. Please note that for repeat orders more than two
years old, new artwork is required
and new charges will apply.
Artwork - Please forward all artwork to the above email
referencing your company name, and
P.O. number in the subject line.
We accept vectorized artwork in CorelDraw 12 or below,
Illustrator CS 3 and below and
EPS as well as high resolution (600dpi) JPG OR TIFF files in
black and white. Microsoft word
documents and PowerPoint presentation files are not graphic
programs and are not acceptable
file formats. If artwork requires modification, we will advise
of
any costs before proceeding,
additional charges may apply.
Over and underruns - We reserve the right to ship and bill
up to 5% to 10% over or under the
requested quantity, for exact
quantity, a charge of $35 will apply. Must be clearly marked
on
purchase order.
Blank products - Blank product will be invoiced at
EQP plus freight, no returns
Refills - Medium ballpoint black ink included in all pens
unless otherwise indicated optional
upgraded German medium blue ink
where available, $.045 optional upgraded roller ball where
available, $1.25 Additional ballpoint.
German ink refills can be purchased at $0.45. Additional
roller ball German ink refills
can be purchased at $1.35.
Trademarks - All liability for the proper use of
logos or trademarks rest with the customer. We
assume no liability for trademark
or copyright disputes. We reserve the right to photograph or
show as samples, any item produced
by us, without any liability as to trademark or artwork rights.
All logos shown in this catalogue
are for display purposes only. No endorsement of products
should be implied. Standard PMS
colors: Custom colors available, $35. Please supply coated,
PMS color number. Although best
efforts are made to obtain an exact match, slight variations
may occur and will be considered
acceptable.
